For all our products excluding lace veils, the current lead time is 1 month from payment to delivery. For lace and custom veils, the lead time is 10 weeks, although it may be before.
Frequently asked questions
How long will my bespoke order take?
Each veil is hand made and we can get very busy especially during wedding season. For the current lead time please refer to the top of the page. We can sometimes accommodate Rush Orders, although rarely between May and September. You can find out if this available by emailing email@example.com
What if I change my mind or don't like my veil?
There is a standard 14 day returns policy on all veils, excluding personalized embroidered veils. All returned veils must be in undamaged condition in original, undamaged packaging. Bespoke orders are, ofcourse, non refundable, although if you are unhappy we will work with you to make sure we deliver your perfect veil.
What if my veil arrives damaged?
We pack all items very carefully to ensure they arrive in perfect condition. However if there is a problem, take a photo of the packaging and the damage and contact us and we will resolve it as soon as possible.
How will my veil be sent and how soon will I receive it?
You will be notified when the veil is ready for dispatched. This will be up to 8 weeks after order, unless otherwise stated. All veils are sent by Royal Mail Special Recorded Delivery to ensure safe arrival. You will receive a confirmation email with your tracking details.

I would strongly recommend ordering one of our fabric sample packs to ensure a perfect match with your dress. Visit our Order Samples page.
Do you deliver overseas?
Yes we do! Due to the delivery costs, please contact us and we can calculate the price before you order.
Do you have a shop so I can view before I buy?
We frequently attend Bridal Shows predominantly in and around London. We will post details on our upcoming events!
