Please note our current lead time on bespoke veils is 12-16 weeks. If you have less than this timeframe, please drop us a message before booking. YOUR BESPOKE VEIL DEPOSIT This deposit is redeemable against the price of your bespoke veil, should you wish to proceed. As well as your consultation with Sophie, it includes: tulle samples, personalised veil research, design, mock-up and a tailored quote. It’s non-refundable, but doesn’t commit you to going ahead with a veil purchase. We’ll send you a selection of tulle samples within a week of purchasing your deposit, so you can start to get a feel for the material and get inspired for the next stage. YOUR CONSULTATION Our virtual service allows you to meet Sophie and chat through your ideas one-to-one, wherever you are. A typical appointment starts with hearing about your wedding, listening to your veil ideas and answering any questions you have. Sophie will then chat through our design process and give you suggestions for your bridal look - advising on lengths, tulle types, designs and more. Due to working with many international brides, around 80% of our orders are completed remotely via email and Zoom, so please know you will be in good hands and that designing your veil will still be a stress-free and enjoyable process! We will send the Zoom link once the appointment is booked. CANCELLATION POLICY For cancellations, please get in touch as soon as possible and we will do our best to accommodate you.
